Who is responsible for your data

Graded Supply, based in Portugal, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: gradedsupply@outlook.com.

What we collect on this website

• This website has no forms and no accounts. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on it at the moment.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the pages.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.

If we add advertising or analytics tools (for example the Meta Pixel), we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

When you buy

Your purchase is processed by Hotmart, under its own privacy policy, which you see at checkout. Hotmart shares with us the data we need to deliver the product and support you: your name, e-mail address, country and order details. We do not receive your full card details.

How we use it and for how long

We use your order data to give you access to the files, answer support requests, handle refunds and meet our accounting and tax obligations. We keep it for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax records, and otherwise only while it is needed for these purposes. We never sell your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to gradedsupply@outlook.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).

Terms of use

The product

The Cinematic Mobile Kit is a digital download: 33 LUTs in .cube format (Apple Log and Rec.709 versions), 8 Lightroom presets in .xmp format and a setup guide in PDF. After payment you get access to the files in the Hotmart members area.

Licence

• You may use the looks in your own personal and commercial projects, including work for clients, on any number of videos and photos.
• You may not resell, share, give away or redistribute the files, alone or as part of another pack, preset collection or template, and you may not claim them as your own.

Results and compatibility

Looks depend on your footage, exposure and white balance, so results vary. The LUTs work in any editor that imports .cube LUTs, such as DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut desktop, LumaFusion and VN. The presets work in Lightroom on mobile and desktop. The guide explains the setup for each app.

Graded Supply is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them; app names are used only to describe compatibility.

Liability and law

The files are provided as they are described on the product page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If the kit doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back. You don't need to give a reason. Request it through Hotmart (the link is in your purchase confirmation e-mail), or write to gradedsupply@outlook.com with your order number.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

For digital content, the EU statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts, if you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee above still applies on top of that.

After a refund, your access to the files ends and you may no longer use them.
